A. Basic return handling charge

In the rare case that you need to to return your controller for a repair, please remember that we guarantee all our controllers for two years. Do not forget to include a copy of your receipt and we will endeavour to get your controller back to you very quickly.
If your controller is more than two years old, we will send you a repair code to cover the cost of the repair. Our repair codes are as follows:
